NOTE: Bill-On-Behalf-Of does not enable customers to make purchases. It only enables customers to manage accounts and authorize Verizon Wireless to bill customers for Manley Solutions' products.

Overview of BOBO Authorization Process

  1. Submit request to enroll in Bill-On-Behalf-Of program (see Section I).
  2. Receive email from Verizon confirming request for enrollment.
  3. Receive email from Verizon notifying you of approval or denial of enrollment in Bill-On-Behalf-Of.
  4. After approval, log into Verizon My Business / Enterprise Center and select the Manley Solutions' products and assign them to your accounts and lines (see Section II).
NOTE: Manley Solutions cannot initiate billing until all four steps above are complete.

I. Submit Request to Enroll in BOBO Program

  1. Log into My Business here or Verizon Enterprise Center here.

  2. Select Account Maintenance and Custom Applications.

  3. On the Custom Applications page, scroll down to the Bill On Behalf Of section. Click on the Learn More link.

  4. Click on the Enroll Now button.

  5. Read the Terms and Conditions and click the Accept button. (Click the Download button to download and save a copy of the Terms and Conditions.)

  6. Review the Spending Limits and click the Continue button. If you need different spending limits, please update the value in the Requested Limit column and click the Continue button.

  7. Review your enrollment details and click the Submit button.

  8. The confirmation page confirms your enrollment.

  9. Based on the options selected during the enrollment request process, you will receive one of the following emails:

    Email Notification - Enrollment Request Confirmation

    Email Notification - Enrollment Request with Alternate Spending Limits Confirmation

  10. Once you receive the "Approved" notification email, the BOBO Enrollment Process is complete and you are ready to assign Manley Solutions products to your accounts and lines.

II. Assign Manley Solutions Products to Accounts and Lines

  1. Log into My Business here or Verizon Enterprise Center here.

  2. Select Account Maintenance and Custom Applications.

  3. Scroll down to the Bill On Behalf Of section and click the Access Bill On Behalf Of button. The Access Bill On Behalf Of button will only be visible after your BOBO enrollment request is approved.

  4. On the Unassigned Products tab, locate the product to be added by sorting the Vendor column. Click the box to the right of the product(s) and click the Assign button.

  5. The Vendor Agreement reminder window opens. Click the Accept and Continue button.

  6. To expediate the process and ensure all accounts and lines are eligible for Manley Solutions products, select the All Accounts and Auto Assign Future Numbers options. Click the Continue button.

    NOTE: This action does not initiate purchasing. This action authorizes Verizon Wireless to place Manley Solutions' charges on your Verizon Wireless invoice.
  7. Review your selections and click the Submit button.

  8. The Thank You screen confirms you completed the product assignment. The process is now complete.

III. Manage Existing Products

You can make changes to your existing products as follows:

  1. Log into My Business here or Verizon Enterprise Center here.

  2. Select Account Maintenance and Custom Applications.

  3. Scroll down to the Bill On Behalf Of section and click the Access Bill On Behalf Of button.

  4. Click on the Assigned Products tab and click the Manage link associated with the product you want to update.

  5. On this page you can update your product assignment selections such as All Accounts, Auto Assign Future Numbers or Remove Current Assignment. You can also change assignments from All Accounts to individual accounts or lines. Make your selections and click the Continue button.

  6. Review your changes and click the Submit button.

  7. The Thank You page confirms your changes have been submitted.

IV. Change Spending Limit

You can request a spending limit increase or decrease on the Unassigned Products tab as follows:

  1. Log into My Business here or Verizon Enterprise Center here.

  2. Select Account Maintenance and Custom Applications.

  3. Scroll down to the Bill On Behalf Of section and click the Access Bill On Behalf Of button.

  4. Click on the Assigned Products tab and click the Modify Montly Spending Limits button.

  5. Enter the new requested amount in the Requested Amount column and click the Continue button.

  6. Review the current and requested limit amounts and click the Submit button.

  7. The Thank You screen confirms your request has been submitted.

  8. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request and another email once your request has been either approved or denied.

V. De-Enroll Request

You can de-enroll from the Bill On Behalf Of program entirely by following the steps below. Once you de-enroll from the BOBO program all future billing will stop. You must notify Manley Solutions of your de-enroll activity.

  1. Navigate to the Assigned Products tab and click the De-enroll from BOBO link.

  2. Review your request and click the Submit button.

  3. The Thank You page confirms your program de-enrollment. You will receive an email confirmation of your de-enrollment request.

VI. Spending Limit Reached Notifications

You will receive email notifications when you are at 80% and 100% of your spend limit for a given month. Once your charges reach 100% of your spend limit for the month, additional charges will be blocked.

Why can't I see the Bill On Behalf Of option on the Custom Applications page?

This may be because you are not the SPOC/MyPOC for your account. Please contact the SPOC/MyPOC for your My Business account.

If the SPOC/MyPOC has left the company or you do not know who is assigned to this role you can request an update by completing the following actions:

Send an email to POCUpdates@verizonwireless.com:

  1. Subject: "Request for CLAF"
  2. Body of email: Request for Corporate Liable Authorization Form to create and add a Verizon Wireless Point of Contact
  3. The CLAF form will be emailed to the you. Complete form. In Section II, column titled "Role" enter "MyPOC".
  4. Email the form to POCUpdates@verizonwireless.com
  5. Once the request is complete, you will be able to access the BOBO module.

I am the My Business SPOC/MyPOC, but when I log on to My Business the Bill On Behalf Of option is still not available on the Custom Applications page.

Your account may not be eligible for BOBO. Please contact your Verizon Wireless representative to update your account profile to enable eligibility or send email request to BOBO@verizonwireless.com to reach the BOBO Operations team.


I completed the BOBO enrollment. Why can't Manley Solutions add the charges to my account?

Please be sure you completed all the steps required. Once your enrollment is approved you must log back on to My Business and assign Manley Solutions' products to the appropriate accounts and lines. Refer to the Section III in this How To Use Guide for more detail.


I assigned products to my lines. Why do I have to go back to My Business and provide authorization again when I want Manley Solutions to add the product to additional lines?

If you select a subset of all your accounts and lines during your initial enrollment and product assignment you must go back to My Business and provide your authorization for any additional lines you want to add. To avoid this and streamline the process, you can select the "All Accounts" and "Auto Assign Future Numbers" options. Refer to Section III in this How To Use Guide for a view of this option. Once this option is selected all accounts and lines as well as future lines will be authorized for Manley Solutions' charges.
