How quickly can I expect my replacement device?
We guarantee that your user will have a replacement device the following day, regardless of what caused the device to be inoperative.
My devices are new and are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Does it still make sense to enroll these devices in your Manley Secure program?
Yes. The manufacturer's warranty provides replacements for only limited warranty related issues. Most problems that occur during the life of the unit are caused by the user and are not covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Do my devices need to be new equipment to be enrolled in the Manley Secure program?
No, our Manley Secure program will provide coverage on existing equipment that is in good working order. You can purchase your devices from any wireless carrier, or through Manley Solutions direct.
What devices are covered?
All AT& T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Nextel and Sprint Devices are covered!
What replacement device will be provided for my claim?
Claims will be replaced with a same or similar re-conditioned (refurbished) device.
Is there a waiting period before my policy begins?
Yes. Once your payment is received, and your policy is generated, all new policies have a standard 45 day waiting period.

What is the contract term?
We offer a 12 or 24 month agreement option.
What happens if I do not have my defective device to return to Manley Solutions?
There will be an additional $30 lost device fee.
Can the Manley Secure Program be customized for my organization?
Yes. We can customize the following variables:
- Eliminate or increase the deductible
- Increase or decrease the percentage of allowed claims
- Staging of replacement devices before they are sent out
