PRELIMINARY BUSINESS ASSESSMENT
Our initial on-site visit typically takes 2-3 days, during which you can expect the following events:
- A briefing with leadership team members to provide an overview of the visit
- An individual interview with staff knowledgeable of the processes involved
- An in-depth tour of current operations
- Identification of core and support processes within the organization
- Determination and designation of ownership of these processes
Upon completion of our visit, we will develop a comprehensive Process Map of your business that details our findings. We then prepare an accurate and detailed plan that will help you achieve your goals and objectives. This plan includes:
- Task Agenda
- Calendar of Events
- Detailed Project Timeline

A detailed review with the leadership team that concludes the Business Assessment. |
After reviewing the System Map, process owner list, and other issues that may have arisen, we strategize a deployment plan. This plan includes roles and responsibilities, as well as the expected resources and time that will be dedicated to the successful deployment of the system.
