PRELIMINARY BUSINESS ASSESSMENT

Our initial on-site visit typically takes 2-3 days, during which you can expect the following events:

  • A briefing with leadership team members to provide an overview of the visit
  • An individual interview with staff knowledgeable of the processes involved
  • An in-depth tour of current operations
  • Identification of core and support processes within the organization
  • Determination and designation of ownership of these processes

Upon completion of our visit, we will develop a comprehensive Process Map of your business that details our findings.  We then prepare an accurate and detailed plan that will help you achieve your goals and objectives.  This plan includes:

  • Task Agenda
  • Calendar of Events
  • Detailed Project Timeline
BUSINESS ASSESSMENT DELIVERABLES
System Model Scope of the Business Enterprise System.
System Map A complete "roadmap" of the processes, showing the relationship and connectivity between customers, suppliers and other corporate operations.
System Opportunity Matrix A list of "critical" business opportunities uncovered during the business assessment, targeting improvement projects and/or roadblocks to success.
Process Owner Identification A complete list of logical process owners who act as key active members of the implementation team, ensuring the successful and effective deployment of the enterprise system.
Implementation Plan A comprehensive project deployment plan, including other specific requirements.
Leadership Review A detailed review with the leadership team that concludes the Business Assessment.

After reviewing the System Map, process owner list, and other issues that may have arisen, we strategize a deployment plan.  This plan includes roles and responsibilities, as well as the expected resources and time that will be dedicated to the successful deployment of the system.
